If an item is not right for you, contact HiTech Outlet support with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items should be complete, safely packaged, and in the condition supplied unless the item is faulty. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible so we can arrange the right resolution.
